Furnished 3 bedroom suite with 2 full baths available within large century home for month to month rental starting October 1st until May 30th.
Suite is private with private entrance located 10 minutes north of Kensington in Darnley; 20 minutes outside of Summerside.
There is another suite on the other side of the house with their own private entrance. Inside doors between units are locked to separate units and you will sometimes hear the other tenants. We ask that you please be respectful of the other tenants and keep quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
2 queen beds and 2 single beds are available in the suite. Sheets and bedding are not supplied. One bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. The family room allows space to sit and relax with large couch and large TV.
The Small kitchenette is just off the family room. It has a sink, 10 cubic Ft. fridge, 2 induction plates for cooking and all the dishes you will need. No dishwasher or full oven. There is also a microwave, kettle, blender and large counter top toaster oven. (can roast a chicken in it if wanted).
Internet is included. Heat and electricity are not included in rent and will be charged separately. The home is heated by oil and has the option to heat with a heat pump.
A snow blower is available for use to clear the drive. Snow removal service is not included. A washer/dryer combo unit is included as well.
