Apartment has all the necessities including linens, towels, dishes, utensils, cook ware, laundry, BBQ overlooking the ocean, and shared outdoor space. Community noise cerfew 11pm-6am. (Breakdown of costs: $350/night, $100 cleaning fee, minimum 2 night stay.Total cost $800 including hst. $1000 damage deposit, fully refundable after check out inspection. Payment by e-transfer.
