This beautiful private setting is a fully equipped three-bedroom cottage (approx.75 feet from the beach) it has all the amenities needed to enjoy your PEI vacation. Heat pump with air conditioner newly installed. Equipped with free Wi-Fi, BBQ, patio deck and furniture, dishwasher and tabs, tin foil, plastic wrap, salt and pepper, coffee, etc. Wi-Fi high-speed internet, satellite TV, stereo, Coin operated laundry facilities (small building beside the Abegweit cottage) $1.25 per load Three single free kayaks, life jackets, volleyball net, lawn games, and free firewood. The Abegweit cottage is decorated so beautiful with antiques, paintings, inviting fresh flower arrangements, plus you will be treated to Kathy's delicious famous homemade chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Safe swimming, beach combing, endless sandbars to explore, clam digging, stargazing, sea glass hunting, bird watching, seal sightings and free kayaking are just a few of the simple pleasures you will enjoy while staying at Ocean Side Cottage! We are only a five-minute drive to the Belfast Highland Greens Golf course which provides pool facilities, canteen and musical entertainment. Point Prim lighthouse is located 5 km away from the cottage, where you can take a tour to the top of the oldest working lighthouse in Canada. 8 km drive to Coopers grocery/convenience and liquor store. 30-minute drive to Charlottetown Bar Vela Pizzeria & Mercato (Best Fire Pizza on PEI) 902 388 4216, take out or eat outside 968 Pt.
