Rent is $2,390 per month until you take over (lease take over will require coordination) Sublet: If you'd like to have an extended stay, I am offering the apartment at a lower price than most places in Montreal. A minimum of 1 month stay is required, no deposit required! I am offering the apartment at $1,900 which is much lower than what I pay.
