Nous cherchons à louer notre appartement pendant nos vacances du 22 juillet au 7 août 2025, avec notre chat Chacha (qui est bien gentille et discrète), qui est situé dans un des quartiers les plus recherchés de Montréal (Outremont/Mile End). Nous cherchons quelqu'un de fiable et tranquille. Familles bienvenues ! Caractéristiques : - 2 chambres fermées : une avec un lit Queen, une avec deux lits simples. - Un balcon avant - Laveuse et sécheuse dans l'appartement - Situé au 4e étage (sans ascenseur) - Immeuble et quartier très sécuritaire - Près de plusieurs cafés, épiceries, restaurants, mais dans une rue tranquille - Climatiseur portatif PRIX : 1000 $ pour deux semaines. La ou les personnes devra prendre soin de notre chat. Elle est très gentille et dort pas mal tout le temps. * * * We are looking to rent out our apartment along with our cat, Chacha (who is very sweet and quiet).
