Laundry facility, coin operated machines, 24 hr security, full gym, exquisite spa and hot tubs. Was asking $1650.00 per week - as of Sept 2, price reduced to $1450.00 per week. We've been going to St Maarten for 38 yrs and we've owned this unit for 20 yrs and absolutely love the spot. Due to health reasons, we cannot go.
