Description

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
  • Motivate and empower staff to make proactive decisions in all communications with customers.
  • Establish and announce weekly, monthly and quarterly objectives and keep the stakeholders concerned informed of progress made.
  • Prepare sales reports and sign to confirm their accuracy before submitting them.
  • Assess the competitive environment and adjust the sales program in response to changes made by competitors.
  • Implement a sales training and orientation program to educate dealers and direct customers as the company grows.
  • Manage the team using effective leadership in day-to-day sales activities and implement tools to ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Ensure that annual business plans are carried out and that the forecasted revenue is generated using a structured and proactive work method.
  • Assess and supervise the performance of each representative by establishing key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Ensure constant communication with the various stakeholders in the organization in addition to supporting the President and CEO in developing certain mandates
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field.
    • Excellent mastery of English (spoken and written)
    • Bilingual (English and French), Spanish is an asset
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.
    • More than 10 years’ experience in direct or external sales
    • Solid prospecting skills and excellent ability to close sales.
    • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
    • Capacity to manage projects with tight deadlines.
    • Travel in Canada, the US and Mexico (1 week / month)
    • Experience in product sales to a dealer network and direct end-user accounts
    • Ability to exceed objectives, understand the importance of leading by example and know how to influence through respect.
    • You have a talent for instilling trust and developing strong relationships with strategic customers
    • You are determined, organized, perseverant, honest and results oriented.
    • You excel at prospecting, selling, qualifying and concluding sales opportunities.
    • You follow up systematically and you understand the importance of pursuing opportunities.
