The bunkhouse has 2 upper bunks that fold up for extra room, as well as 2 lower beds. The lower beds can be converted into one large sleeping area or additional sitting area. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, double sink, 4-burner stove, oven, range hood and plenty of cabinets for storage. Additional features include power awning, outdoor speakers, outdoor shower and heavy-duty rear folding bumper rack. 9 Charmin Road is at the end of a quiet road with no thru traffic and located close to bathroom/shower facilities, rec centre and playground. The site has 30-amp services and room to park 2 vehicles and a boat. Outdoor space features a 12’x24’ wood deck connected to the trailer, an additional 6’x8’ wood deck for BBQing, resin shed and fire pit. (additional photos of trailer interior will be posted soon). Bluewater RV Park is a gated community perfect for families or couples. The park features fantastic amenities including a play structure, private beach, marina, boat launch and access to the Winnipeg River for fishing and watersports.
