The Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care wants your input on an upcoming Canadian health care guideline!

The Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care (CTFPHC) was established by the Public Health Agency of Canada to develop evidence-based guidelines for preventive health care in Canada. The CTFPHC would now like to get your input on an upcoming screening guideline topic: depression screening during pregnancy and postpartum.

By taking part in this project, you can play a valuable role in helping the CTFPHC produce guidelines that can help your doctor provide you with high-quality care. Furthermore, you will have an important opportunity to shape new guidelines for health care in Canada.

As a participant, you would complete: 1. Pre-focus group online survey in April/May 2018 (30 minutes) 2. Focus group over the telephone in May 2018 (60 minutes) 3. Post-focus group online survey in May/June 2018 (30 minutes)

To participate you must: 1. Live in Canada 2. Be 18 years of age or older 3. Currently pregnant or given birth after March 1, 2017

You will be compensated $50 for completing all 3-project parts

To assess your eligibility, complete the 5-minute screening survey below
