Want a free body composition assessment and a supervised exercise training program complete with gym access while helping advance science into how the body adapts to diet and exercise? The De Lisio lab at 200 Lees Ave, University of Ottawa, is looking for female volunteers with obesity to participate in a paid study called the Dairy and Exercise Study. Participants will undergo a body composition scan, the gold standard for measuring fat, muscle and bone in the body, and participate in an exercise training program with dietary support. Participants must not be lactose tolerant. Your participation will help researchers at the University of Ottawa determine the relationship between body fat, nutrition and muscle adaptation to exercise!
Please contact the De Lisio lab by e-mail: delisiolab@uottawa.ca if you want to hear more!
