Participate in the Light Therapy and Ion Therapy study to explore an alternative path to wellness.
Participants wanted: UBC Mood Disorders Centre is conducting a feasibility study on long-term light and ion therapy for maintaining depression treatment. Seeking individuals aged 19-65, diagnosed with major depressive disorder, currently on antidepressants for 3-12 months, considering stopping medication, and in remission. Involves 6 months of daily device use, self-assessments, and doctor assessments. Half the devices are inactive (placebo). Compensation: an honorarium per in-person visit.
