Brand new dress, never worn. Strapless a-line style with flowers at the bust. Each flower has a bead in the middle. There's a bow under the bust. The zipper is at the side. The label says size 4 petite, but it runs very small, fits more like a size 0 or a small size 2. Most suitable for someone under 5'4" and less than 105lbs.
