This is the dress I wore for my grade 12 grad. Only worn for the one night. The only alterations that were done was adding boning throughout the bodice for support and some hemming. For reference, I'm 5'2" and wore this with very high heels. Size medium. Comes with a hanger and plastic garment bag.
