Waist is elastic; measures approximately 27" without being stretched. Length is approximately 38 1/2 inches from waist to ankle. Elastic cuffs at the ankles. Two open side pockets, one on each side. Two cargo pockets on each thigh with closure straps, one on each side. Two mock back pockets, one on each side of buttocks (these pockets, slits are just for show, they are not actually pockets. Made of 98% cotton and 2% spandex. Worn by my 12 year old for 1 winter. Zippers are in perfect condition. Washed in cold water, hung to dry. Paid $59.99 plus tax per pants.
