Retail price is $280 + tax ($316.40 total), so this is a great deal ($36 cheaper than retail)!!
Reselling as I had bought these early last year for retail price, but they were too big for me even though I'm normally a size 7 :( I meant to return them, but I had to leave Canada for several months for some family stuff, and came back when the return window had already passed.

It is size 7, but honestly I'd say people who are size 8 would fit these boots. Leather boots are supposed to be snug and broken in as they mold to the shape of your foot over time.
