We are looking for a Full-Time Admin Assistant position for a growing Wealth Management office in Ottawa.
The person should be detailed oriented and self-driven.
Experience in financial/banking/insurance/accounting industry will be an asset.
Here are the details of the job requirement:
1. Opening client accounts, updating accounts, emailing clients, communicating with clients, booking appointments and communicating with the back office.
2. Picking up incoming calls at the reception, receiving mail and taking care of the office.
3. After successful completion of 3-month training, the position will become permanent. This could be a long term position with future growth potential.
4. Basic knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and MS Office and good typing skills is a must.
5. Managing social media posts/digital marketing is required.
6. Training on the client account management software would be provided.
7. Salary from 34K to 50K (based on the skills and experience of the candidate).
Office is located near Carling/Merivale Rd. in Ottawa. Office is conveniently located on the OC bus route.
