Shed style (Gable shed, Hip roof or modern shed). Land grade (slope ) Concrete truck accessability? Permission needed or not Whether you have a shed pad or not. If you already have a shed pad, the size should be smaller than your shed size, by 1 inch or so. Your location (City and Main intersection). You must have at least a 2 ft fence setback (or a minimum of one foot).

************************************************************************************************************ --- Construction process --- 1) You decide your shed size and shed style. 2) You decide your shed pad type (Pad size must be equal to or smaller than the shed size). 3) You call me with information of land slope, site access, shed materials and required city permit. 4) You provide me with all the information for your shed project (location, design, size, etc.). 5) I will give you a temporary quote (I do not need to visit your location for a quote). 6) If you agree with the temporary quote, then I will send you a detailed material list (using part numbers). 7) If you agree with the material cost and our schedule, then you order the materials from Home Depot (preferred) or any hardware store. Or I can order for you with some deposit to me. 8) Once the materials are delivered to your house, you call me, so we make final arrangement for the work. And I start the work. If the weather is no good, it will be delayed on common sense basis. ( If the materials are not delivered but I am at your location on scheduled date, proof of materials delivery may be requested on the date. If you do not show me any proof of purchasing, you shall pay my actual expense for my time. But if I do not show up there without normally acceptable reasons, I will pay $500 to you by e-transfer) 9) During your shed work, I seldom work around for other customers. If any, the reason should be related to the weather or your shed. 10) On the completion date, you pay me for my labor.
